Position Framework Test The Position Framework Test is used to compare the profile of a candidate against the open position (a combination with the Position Suitability Test is possible) This test indicates which personal characteristics, professional interests, professional level and level of intelligence a candidate needs to have.
In this test our client completes a Position Model questionnaire and candidates are required to fill out a Profile questionnaire. Data collected from the Position Model questionnaire is used to create a job profile. Process Improvers compares the Profile questionnaire results to the job profile to identify the right candidate for the position.
