As we have a continuous focus on logistics talent in the supply chain market, we are obviously introduced to very interesting logistics professionals on a regular basis. Based on our market knowlegde and experience, we are able to assess with confidence whether one of these people could fit in a senior management rol with (one of) our regular customers.

We therefore developed a seperate service within our existing recruitment activities as a pilot.
With a limited number of regular customers, we closed an agreement regarding an online "candidate introduction" module. A selection of highly talented supply chain candidates, who could - in our opinion - fit well in the business model and culture of this specific organization, are introduced to this customer online. It goes without saying that this introduction is anonymous.
This service is therefore initially considered from the candidates' perspective.
With our specific Process Improvers approach, we are able to pro-actively match the candidates' personal knowledge, skills and expertise with possible developments in our customers' organizations based on strategy and culture.
In consultation with the candidate, he/she will be anonymously introduced to one of our customers through our website. These customers have a client login code, which enables them to visit a protected area in our website. In this area they will find profiles of a limited number of candidates we consider to be a good possible match for this specific company, based on our knowledge.
Should the company thereupon be interested to enter into contact with a specific candidate, this can be easily organized in the same protected area in our website. Process Improvers will obviously organize further steps by co-ordinating appointments etc.
Certainly in the current market situation, there are a number of very interesting senior supply chain candidates "in the market" for general management, finance and business development positions. The real art is to match a specific personality and experience with the strategy and culture of a logistics company. Process Improvers knows how to do this successfully. The number of candidates that have been placed as a result of this procedure only show how.
