Interim assignment - Business Unit Management:

An international well-established logistics services provider asked for our support for the recruitment of a Business Unit Manager. 
In our discussions regarding the exact profile of the position, however, it appeared that it would be a sensible decision to fill in this new position with an interim manager.
Our customer had not even considered this solution at first, but it proved to be an excellent decision. Read more
